According to the information provided to the Ombudsman, the district prosecutor's office completed a pre-investigation check on the death of citizen T.Khaitov on February 25, 2025 at the medical association of the Sariasi district.

According to the conclusion of the forensic medical examination dated 03/17/2025, the death of T. Khaitov occurred as a result of rupture of the anterior wall of the right ventricle of the heart, cardiac tamponade due to hypertension, that is, filling of the pericardium with blood and blood clots, contraction of the pericardium. The report also noted that there were no injuries on the body of the deceased and no remaining traces of it.

According to the results of the audit, on 03/25/2025, on the basis of paragraph 2 of Article 83 of the CPC, a decision was made to refuse to institute criminal proceedings due to the absence of corpus delicti in the actions of any persons.
