It was found that out of 404 convicts, 310 are kept in special facilities, the remaining 94 convicts are in the address colony.
In order to provide prisoners with work, the institution has workshops for the production of pasta and raw bricks.
Also, the convicts are allotted and effectively used an open area for growing various food products necessary for their consumption.
In order to expand production and thus ensure the employment of convicts, it was recommended, based on the capacity of the colony, to additionally open a line for the repair and maintenance of vehicles.
During the study, it was found that the part of the building intended for the dormitory of the convict is in a satisfactory condition, but the external facade of the building needs to be repaired.
When examining the premises for short-term meetings, no deficiencies were identified.
It was also recommended to reconstruct the kitchen for convicts, since the kitchen area used today is temporarily closed with polyethylene products due to the conditions.
Although the sanitary condition of the bathrooms is satisfactory, the building is in need of repair.
Proper conditions have been created in the colony for inmates to practice sports and read books. The institution has a library with more than 1300 books. The institution hosts a monthly book fair.
