An open dialogue with citizens was held based on an analysis of appeals from Navoi region

The district in Navoi region with the highest number of appeals to the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) was identified, and key issues for this region were selected. The event "Ombudsman School" was organized to address these topics. The event, held on October 15, 2024, in Khatyrchi district of Navoi region, gathered more than 100 residents from the "Parakhun," "Samarkand," "Pakhtakor," "Novzha," "Yangirobot," "Mustaqillik," and "Chechakota" mahallas.

Representatives from the responsible authorities present at the meeting familiarized participants with the provisions of legislative acts aimed at ensuring employment, promoting entrepreneurship, pension assignments, social benefits and compensation, access to social assistance, medical services, healthcare benefits, services for persons with disabilities, and their social protection.

The event, conducted in an open dialogue format with citizens, focused on issues raised in appeals sent to the Ombudsman by citizens of this region. Detailed responses were provided to all questions posed by the public by the responsible representatives.

On the same day, an on-site reception by the regional representative of the Ombudsman in Navoi region also took place.
