How are the rights of citizens ensured, whose archived documents on work experience have not been preserved?

Citizen O.P. has reached retirement age, however, when his application for a pension was considered, the years of his employment at a private enterprise as an employee performing maintenance and painting functions for a period of 12 years were not taken into account because the documents confirming this work experience were not preserved in the archive.

In this regard, the citizen turned to the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) with a request to restore his social rights.

This appeal was taken under control, and the situation was examined by the Ombudsman's regional representative in the Jizzakh region, with the relevant documents being verified.

Based on the collected data, the filing of a lawsuit in the Jizzakh Interdistrict Administrative Court was arranged.

The court fully satisfied the claim, and the obligation to assign a pension to citizen O.P. for the unaccounted work experience was imposed on the Jizzakh branch of the Extra-Budgetary Pension Fund.
