During the reception, around 20 citizens submitted appeals concerning healthcare, housing, land cadastre, employment, and access to social assistance. Some of these issues were resolved on the spot, while the rest were taken under supervision.
In addition, this week, an “Ombudsman School” event aimed at raising legal awareness among residents of “Ziyokor”, “Adolat”, “Dustlik”, and “Arabkhona” mahallas in Kogon city was held.
The event was attended by representatives of relevant government bodies, who provided information about newly adopted legal acts, thereby increasing public legal awareness.
The event took place in an open dialogue format, rich in questions and discussions. Special attention was also paid to the issues raised in the appeals submitted to the Ombudsman from these communities.
