Senior students from schools No. 2 and 62 in Andijan region, No. 20 in Fergana region, No. 22 in Syrdarya region, No. 6, 14, and 46 in Bukhara city, No. 38 in Namangan city, No. 10 and 15 in Yangiyul district, and No. 27 and 32 in Zangiota district of Tashkent region participated in lessons focused on environmental rights, the importance of environmental protection, and responsibility for the future.
The sessions, conducted by the Ombudsman’s regional representatives, were delivered in an interactive format. A video lesson titled “Protecting the Environment Means Caring for the Future” was presented to make ecological and legal concepts more accessible and engaging for the students.
Throughout the lessons, students not only learned about the environment but also gained insight into the functions of national human rights institutions. Through active Q&A sessions and open discussions, they were able to reinforce their knowledge and become more engaged in both environmental and human rights issues.
