First of all, the appeals of convicts who asked for an individual meeting with a regional representative were heard.

The convicts asked the representative of the Ombudsman to take part in the hearings of the courts of appeal as an observer and to provide practical assistance in ensuring the participation of a lawyer in the courts. The appeals were taken under control.

During the inspection of the canteen of the facility, it was established that dishes were prepared for convicts and prisoners according to the monthly menu approved by the head of the detention center, and food was provided in full and in accordance with this menu.

To carry out investigative actions, a separate interrogation room has been allocated in the administrative building of the pre-trial detention center, a video camera has been installed in this room.

It was revealed that two rooms for meetings with lawyers are not equipped with video cameras and at present lawyers freely meet with persons held in the facility.

The medical department of the facility has been allocated 10 staff positions and there are currently no vacancies. The medical rooms have been renovated and are fully equipped with medical equipment. There was no shortage of medicines stocks.
