On the day of the reception of citizens, the outpatient speech therapist of the regional psychiatric hospital L.I. turned to the Regional Representative about the violation of his labor rights by the hospital management.

According to the applicant, in the list of employees who are assigned a reduced working day for jobs of a special nature, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 11, 1997 No. 133, the working hours of teachers-defectologists and speech therapists are set at 18 hours. However, despite the fact that citizen L.I. holds the position of a speech therapist, the hospital management illegally obliged her to work 36 hours a week.

After the appeal was taken under control by the Regional Representative, at the request of L.I. the regional department of employment filed a lawsuit in a civil court for the restoration of labor rights.

A resident of the city of Dangara, Dangara district, O.U. also addressed the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in the Fergana region. Her son was convicted and a court verdict was passed against him, and despite the fact that the verdict came into force, her son has not yet been sent to a penitentiary.

After the complaint was taken under control by the Regional Representative, the complainant's son, convicted D.T. was sent to a penitentiary on April 18, about which the author of the appeal was notified.
