Citizen G.Sh. who came to the reception of the regional representative of the Ombudsman in the Fergana region told that his nephew, born in 1980, is being treated at a district hospital with a diagnosis of hepatic insufficiency. He also asked for practical assistance in obtaining qualified treatment for a patient at the Scientific-research Institute of Virology on the basis of a warrant due to poor financial situation.

On May 7, 2022, on the basis of an urgent appeal from the regional representative to the regional health department and the Fergana City Infectious Diseases Hospital, the patient was issued an order for free treatment and he was sent to the Scientific-research Institute of Virology.

Also, during the reception, appeals of 6 citizens were heard and legal explanations were given.

During the reception, appeals were received to improve the supply of drinking water, arrangement of the playground, formalize housing and cadastral documents, receive material assistance, and assign child allowance.
