In this regard, together with the Center for advanced training of lawyers under the Ministry of Justice, short-term training courses “Improving the qualifications of the staff of the Ombudsman Secretariat” were organized to develop the professional skills of the leadership and officials of the Secretariat of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman).

At these training courses, organized online from May 26-June 1, 2022, employees studied such topics as international and national mechanisms for the protection of human rights, a system for detecting and preventing cases of torture: national legislation and international legal standards, recent developments and additions to the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the content of the main innovations in it and others. At the end of the advanced training course, employees were awarded certificates.

In turn, the acquisition of new knowledge increases the efficiency of work and the ability to systematize and effectively use the available opportunities.
