A lawsuit was filed in court in the interests of a citizen working without wages

Shukhrat Alimov, Regional Representative of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in Syrdarya, was approached by a resident of the Mirzaabad district S.Kh. with an application for non-payment of wages by the employer.

As a result of studying the appeal, it turned out that the applicant worked at Mirzaobod Chiroyi LLC Dekhkan Market, and did not receive a salary for the period of work in 2021-2022.

It also became known that upon termination of the employment contract with him, the final calculation of labor activity for 2014-2022 was not made.

The citizen's appeal was studied in accordance with the requirements of the law, the relevant documents were collected and the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) filed a claim with the court in the interests of the applicant.

The Gulistan Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases decided to recover more than 33 million soums of debt to citizen S.Kh.

According to the citizen's message to the Ombudsman, the amount due to him was recovered in full.
