At the reception, which was attended by more than 50 citizens, questions were raised related to inclusion in the Youth Notebook, the provision of practical assistance in obtaining subsidies, the collection of compensation payments for housing, labor relations and judicial investigative processes. On a number of appeals, citizens were given appropriate legal advice and explanations.

All appeals received during the reception were taken under the control of the Authorized Person for Human Rights, and some of them were sent to the Regional Representatives of the Authorized Person for Human Rights for study.
