More than 30 citizens came to the reception and left their appeals regarding reinstatement at work, recovery of wages, inheritance, compensation, recovery of alimony, material assistance, provision of housing, amnesty, placement of convicted persons in institutions at their place of residence and assistance in the judicial investigation.

Citizens' appeals were taken under control of the Ombudsman.
