It was noted that in subsequent years, human rights and freedoms have been recognized as the highest value in our country, consistent reforms have been conducted in this area, and the powers of the Ombudsman institution have been expanded in the updated Constitution. It was noted that as a result of fundamental alterations, the institute became a kind of bridge between the state and society in guaranteeing the rights of citizens.
At the round table, data was presented on the work of the Ombudsman and his regional representatives in dealing with appeals from the population.
