During the reception, citizens submitted complaints and inquiries regarding healthcare, social assistance, pensions, protection of the rights of persons with disabilities, fraud, judicial and investigative processes, as well as family and property-related matters.
These appeals have been taken under control, and their investigation has commenced. If necessary, specialists and representatives of relevant organizations may be involved in the process for a comprehensive review of the issues raised by citizens.
We remind citizens that they can submit their appeals to the Ombudsman via the website ombudsman.uz, the mobile application ombudsman.uz, or directly to the regional representatives of the Ombudsman in the respective areas.
