However, in a letter sent by Uzagroservice JSC dated September 16, 2021 to the heads of Agroservice MTP LLC of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the region, in order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of workers, there was a requirement that the aforementioned company and subordinate enterprises take measures to close wage arrears and budgetary payments at the expense of actually allocated concessional credit funds for the harvest of 2022 and other available sources.

In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Оn the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman)" the Ombudsman filed a lawsuit in the interests of applicants in the Karshi Interdistrict Court for сivil сases. The claim was considered by the court and court orders established that wages in the total amount of 335,610,914 soums are subject to collection and immediate execution.
