During the on-site reception, 9 citizens living in the city were received, 4 of them were given legal clarifications, 3 appeals were resolved on the spot, and 2 appeals of citizens were taken under the control of the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman.
In particular, citizen Z.E., who lives in the city of Yangiyer, the mahalla “Fazilat”, due to the fact that many people live in his apartment, asked for practical assistance in obtaining soft loans from the relevant bank for housing construction. During the reception, an employee of the Yangiyer city branch of Qishloqurilish Bank JSC was involved, and the above applicant was given legal explanations on the issue of granting a loan, as well as the procedure for preparing and submitting the necessary documents.
Moreover, at the reception, appeals for visas, housing, employment and material assistance were received.
