An employee who was unreasonably disciplined and fired was reinstated
The regional representative of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in the Fergana region was approached by a citizen M.B. about his unfair dismissal.

According to the application, the citizen worked in the Ferghana Regional Vocational Education Center as a lawyer for 0.5 rates and a clerk for 0.5 rates.

However, by order of the director of the center, unreasonable disciplinary measures were applied to him,  including dismissal.

This situation was studied by the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman with the involvement of specialists from the regional Main Employment Department.

It was established that by order of the director of the Center, 2 reprimands and 1 fine in the amount of 30% of the monthly salary were applied to the applicant, and the employment contract was terminated in accordance with Paragraph 3, 4 of Part 2 of Article 100 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Due to the fact that during the study cases were identified that contradicted labor legislation, the State Labor Inspectorate applied to the Ferghana Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases with a claim to cancel the above illegal orders and restore citizen M.B. in the position.

By the relevant decision of the Ferghana Interdistrict Court for Civil Cases, the claims were satisfied, and citizen M.B. was reinstated. For the days of forced absenteeism, 3 million soums were recovered.
