On the same day, the measure of restraint in the form of detention of another 10 citizens was replaced with a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest on the principle of humanity.

On August 30 alone, a total of 34 citizens were returned to their families.

It should be reminded that the list submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office was formed on the basis of a study of applications to the Commission by family members of detainees suspected of participating in demonstrations, and a personal conversation with the suspects.
