An anonymous complaint revealed that the girl who was being bullied had a mental illness and was hard of hearing, so family members spoke loudly to her. Even when interviewing the girl, it was noted that there was no harassment, physical or psychological violence against her.

During the field study of the appeal, it was found that, despite the fact that E.U. is a disabled person of the 2nd group, she did not undergo medical examination in the district clinic. On the same day, a medical examination was scheduled and E.U.'s health was checked. and her mother, who took her under her care.

The study also interviewed the mother of E.U. and given relevant recommendations.

Citizen E.U. is currently a disabled person of the 2nd group. Her health and condition were constantly monitored by mahalla employees, an inspector of the Department of the Internal Affairs for prevention, and representatives of the Pop District Society of Disabled People.
