8 citizens came to the Ombudsman's reception and left their appeals. Legal advice was provided to applicants who filed complaints on conflict situations between citizens and on issues within the competence of the court.

Appeals for reinstatement, recovery of wages, financial assistance and pensions were taken under control, some of them were sent to regional representatives for examination on the spot.

We remind you that you can send an appeal to the Ombudsman electronically through the website ombudsman.uz. This electronic reception service has been operating since February of this year in a test mode.
