According to the applicant, he had worked for many years as a watchman at JSC "Kokand yogh-moi". Due to the deterioration of the financial situation of the enterprise he resigned. However, the applicant's salary for November and December 2023 and for January 2024 had not been paid.

The former security guard's appeals were ignored, despite repeated requests to the employer for assistance in non-payment of wages.

This appeal was taken under the control of the Ombudsman and as a result of the study the salary in the amount of 9 million soums was paid to citizen T.I.

For information: in accordance with Article 172 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, upon termination of an employment contract, an employee must be fully credited for wages that have not been paid to the end.
