The Ombudsman held an open dialog with compatriots in Poland
On October 5, 2024, the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis for Human Rights (Ombudsman), Feruza Eshmatova, during her visit to Poland, met with Uzbek citizens living in that country. The meeting was attended by young students living and working in Poland and young compatriots engaged in entrepreneurial activities.

At the meeting organized at the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Poland, the opinions of our compatriots on activities in Poland were heard for the first time. Also during the round table, compatriots asked questions on legal issues of interest to them, including education and entrepreneurship, and on the opportunities created for young people. Some citizens asked for assistance in solving problems related to their relatives living in Uzbekistan.

In the conversation, which took place in a sincere and inspiring spirit, the Ombudsman expressed confidence that young people studying in foreign countries will be able to return home and use their professional knowledge for the development of the country.
