During the meeting, representatives of responsible authorities informed participants about the procedures for pension assignments, social benefits, compensation payments, access to social assistance, use of medical services, healthcare benefits, services provided to people with disabilities, and the content of legal acts related to their social protection.

The event, conducted in an open dialogue format, focused on the issues raised in appeals sent to the Ombudsman from the region.
