With the help of the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in Namangan, the consumer's appeal was resolved positively
The regional representative of the authorized Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for human rights (Ombudsman) in the Namangan region was approached by a citizen R.I., who lives in the Uychi district, about the violation of consumer rights.

When considering the complaint together with the Department of Justice of the Namangan region, it turned out that citizen R.I. On January 7, 2022, he bought a Damas car on the basis of an agreement with Uzavtomotors JSC for 78,283,000 soums through Chustavtotekhkhizmat N LLC, but the car turned out to be defective.

Appeal of citizen R.I. to the relevant authorities about this shortcoming was ignored.

This appeal was taken under the control of the Regional Representative of the Ombudsman in the Namangan region, as a result of which, on May 26, 2022, the faulty Damas car was replaced with a new one.
